We may share the data with participant RSM member firms or service providers who assist us in operating the Survey or conducting research, but only in anonymized and aggregated formats that do not identify you personally. These parties are contractually obliged to protect your data and only process it following our instructions.

Aggregate survey findings—without of any personal identifiers—may be publicly shared as part of our broader analysis of AI & Generative AI adoption across industries and may be shared with participating member firms for further statistical analysis and research purposes.

Where relevant (e.g., if you or our member firms are located outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area), your personal data may be transferred internationally.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in these Terms or as required by law. Anonymized and aggregated data used for research or benchmarking may be retained for longer periods without further notice to you.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information to the best of your ability. You will not submit fraudulent or malicious entries. We reserve the right to disqualify any entries that appear to violate these Terms. Keeping responses genuine helps ensure the validity and reliability of our AI & Generative AI adoption research.

The Survey results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or other professional advice. The accuracy and completeness of the Survey data are not guaranteed. Your use of any information derived from this Survey is at your own risk.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Survey or its results. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of or reliance on the Survey outputs.

12. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in this Survey. You assume full responsibility for any use or misuse of information obtained through the Survey.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued participation following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
